Sorry for the delay. I have just split the connection into 2.4 and 5 Ghz Range, for some reason the connections now seems to be stable with both ranges. I have been testing it for a couple of days now. Don't really understand why, but that somehow solved the problem. Thanks!

Thanks for your answer - I'm using wifi. I just tried running the troubleshooter. It told me that the issue is the following: "The default gateway is not available". That was apparently fixed by the troubleshooter, but the issue is still there, unfortunately.
