I currently have i5 4590 and rx 580. I tried playing tencent gaming buddy pubg emulator but I have a lot of framedrops due to 95% cpu usage. I can buy a used i5 7500 or a new ryzen 5 2400g. The price is almost the same in my place including the mobo and ram. what should i do ?
