So I got it working. I reinstalled the motheboard program and applied the RGB settings. I checked the mobo and there isn't a physical button to turn rgb on/off Both aRGB headers are working. There's a RGB option in the BIOS, but it doesn't seem to do anything. Bios is the latest.

Coilwhine can be this loud? o_O The strange thing is that it doesn't make this sound normally. It's the second time it happens, and it was random. Otherwise, the PSU is silent even under load. My previous PSU had a constant subtle coilwhine but nowhere near the loudness of this one.

So, i think i resolved the issue, i changed the maximum processor state from 100% to 99%, now the CPU won't use high frequency constantly anymore. The temperature dropped to from 70c to 44c-46c. In-games or heavy 3d render, the cores still reaches 4.6mhz , i didn't notice any big impact on...

I did , and it didn't change anything. I turned it off along side the other programs, but the temps remained the same as before.
