Have you tried going into control panel and setting up the monitors again as when you overclock the settings change.

Clean out your PC and buy a new cooler as the current one isn't working, GPU at 90C is normal when under load but at IDLE it should only be around 40C you should probably buy a can of air and clean out all the parts and dust from the fans.

Your CPU is probably at max with an air cooler on it so long as it isn't the stock cooler if it is rip it off and buy one. Your graphics card memory clock could probably go higher my 380 is set at 5800Mhz.

MSI has an inbuilt overclocking feature try using that on your CPU and seeing if it works.

The synth is probably drawing a lot of power/data from the USB ports therefore making them not able to utilise any more, you could try to fix this by using a externally powered USB hub and see if that makes any difference.
