My gpu and cpu are running hot, when idle and when im just watching netflix (ect...)

Hey so my gpu and cpu are running really hot my gpu is currently at 90C and my cpu is running at 120C but im running liquid cooling on it. The computer is about 6 years old it has amd radeon 6970 and a intel i7 quad core please help any solutions? and also when my computer goes to sleep when i wake it up it freezes and i cant do anythingbut turn it off manually please help thanks! 😀

Clean out your PC and buy a new cooler as the current one isn't working, GPU at 90C is normal when under load but at IDLE it should only be around 40C you should probably buy a can of air and clean out all the parts and dust from the fans.
