Based on the beep code it sounds like you have a bad video card. You could first try replacing it first. Once you've eliminated the video card from being the issue, you could use your Windows installation CD and try doing a Startup Repair. If this also doesn't work, then boot into Safe Mode...

It may be any number of things from the power supply to bad drivers. Open the reliability monitor in Windows and compare error messages from the last month. If the system hasn't crashed in a while and is booting into Windows fine, I'd be shocked if were drivers.

Based on how you mention "wait some time" it sounds to me like the issue lies with the video card itself particularly the fan. The fan on the card might not be functioning properly. If the fan's functional then it could be the video RAM. Test out another card on your board and see if the issue...
