    Both adapters have been USB-c to hdmi which is the same as thunderbolt 3. One adapter is from apple the other is a hyperdrive. Screen flickering only on the MacBook pro using both adapters .

    Already tried changing cables and adapters. Tried changing external monitors. Tried the downstairs circuit system. Even running everything through a power conditioner. This unit like the previous one flickers.

    Based on the beep code it sounds like you have a bad video card. You could first try replacing it first. Once you've eliminated the video card from being the issue, you could use your Windows installation CD and try doing a Startup Repair. If this also doesn't work, then boot into Safe Mode...

    BSOD over night

    It may be any number of things from the power supply to bad drivers. Open the reliability monitor in Windows and compare error messages from the last month. If the system hasn't crashed in a while and is booting into Windows fine, I'd be shocked if were drivers.

    Based on how you mention "wait some time" it sounds to me like the issue lies with the video card itself particularly the fan. The fan on the card might not be functioning properly.     I know that for RAID 5 if you had ten 2 TB drives approx 18 would be in storage and 2 would be in parity information. Using this same example, for RAID 6 how much would be in storage versus in parity information? Is there a formula?
