I don't exactly know what fixed it, but I reseated everything again and did a windows 10 disk repair from the advanced startup settings and it seems to be back in action. Thank you for the responses!

doesn’t seem like the gpu is overheating; it’s become much better now, turning on for hours at a time, but still blue screening occasionally and after every light bump. i’ll try to update with the full specs when i get it online again

I ran DDU in safe mode, booted back up into normal with drivers uninstalled, and still have the issue :( im reinstalling the drivers right now and its still happening. I shouldve checked when i had the drivers uninstalled; ill do that tomorrow when im less tired

The thing is, the old fan would spin. It was just so damn shakey that it would get caught on things and make a ton of noise. So, I replaced it, but the replacement wont spin at all. Not sure what could be going on
