    manual says that both of the connectors are the same. at least their definition and name. (ATX_12v2 and ATX12v1) I've installed the driver but there wasn't any difference

    actually your psu won't let electricity damage your components. but it depends on it's specs. idk how it called protections or smth else. i'd really try to swap psu, mb borrow from a friend.

    i would try to swap parts from your pc to your old working pc for example. try to run your pc with another power supply. i'm totally not sure but it might be a short circuit.

    have you tried to flash your bios already? i know it's kinda dumb but i guess you dont have anything to test your psu and motherboard at home.

    i've put it to 200. edc is maxed. clock speeds are still 4.3. temperature raised to 79 from 70. should i lower edc and try to change scalar? it's on auto now.

    i've got a question. while running cinebench tdc ppt and edc are at 100%. the value for ppt is 142w, tdc 95 a, edc 140 a. so in bios they are set to zero. how to i add some. like is it an offset, percentage or the real value like i want 200 a i type 200?

    idk if it's possible for me to understand the whole video because english is not my main language. the problem is only about the clock speeds using auto oc mode, i dont want to oc it by myself rn. it wont end nice with my hands.

    scalar 4x did nothing. running cinebench cpu clock is 4.3. maybe i should turn Auto OC mode in ryzen master off and then try to use scalar?

    About the max values of PPT, TDC, EDC it seems that stupid ass didn't get it or smth. Like i can type in 200, 300, 9999 whatever the number is. but mobo doesn't care.

    I have EKWB EK-AIO 360. Is that enough. With my curves settings it won't get hotter than 71 °C under full load. I'll check about the values you asked for and reply in a minute or two.
