How long till Intel bring out their 10th gen? Cause I'm hoping to finish my build part by part by the end of this year

So till around 24 hours ago I had a PC build ready for me to buy in a couple of months but today after Computex, after AMD released their Ryzen 7 3700X and Ryzen 7 3800X can you suggest me which CPU do I go for? These new AMD or should i stick to the 9700K/9900K? Which is better?

I'm not from the USA which is why I cannot buy from US sites cause they charge a lot for shipping and Customs duty is really high here for electronics. Thank You though for the suggestions

Alright and I'm not sure about the case, I haven't decided that yet, only got the MOBO, GPU, PSU and other stuff ready, can you suggest something? I don't want a flashy case or RGB cause it's extra cash, I want to keep it simple, not too expensive BUT working good enough for gaming.

Will the Noctua D15 do the job for my gaming build even though it's an Air cooler and does not have Liquid cooling? Just curious as I'm not too informed about how coolers function.

I'm need help to get a decent priced cooler for an i7-8700K processor and will probably do mild overclocking, and simple multitasking, nothing too harsh. Just need a decent cooler to keep it cool during some good gaming sessions (will average 10-16 Hours)/ day. And my motherboard socket is LGA1151.

I mean I'll buy a cooler too, will that help? Or can you tell me a better card in the same price range? I got a real tight budget.

I like this build, will the Bronze certified PSU be enough for the RTX 2080 and the i7 8700K? if I overclock

Alright I'll think about the Monitor, anyway is there a cheaper alternative on the Motherboard for a 2080?

I'm sorry, I don't really know about that topic much, I just have the idea about 144Hz monitors being somewhat better. And 1650 Euros was only for the CPU but I thought if someone could cram in the CPU without lowering the specs too much and the monitor, then why not? So I'm alright with both...
