Firstly you can easily run this gaem as others have explained. But also, overclocking will make your cpu hotter not cooler. The only way to overclock without overheating would be better cooling

The computer does not have power unless I physically hold down a USB into the motherboard USB footers. I believe it may be a motherboard short circuit but I am not sure. Any help much appreciated.:bounce:

Even with high settings 60+ frames. Unless you have a monitor that runs at 61+ hz this is the highest that your monitor can display. However for maximum mouse accuracy you will need around 200 but you should be getting 250 so fps on this and this is plenty.

What case do you have. Some prebuilt PC cases don't come with space for graphics card.

Why not try and check the warranty. You could be lucky and return it for a brand new one if not try replacing the key caps or using a sticky note to get rid of dirt.
