Hmm, peculiar, have you tried reinstalling your touch drivers?Also check device manager> human interface devices> and then you should see some kind of touch screen listed, right click it and tell me what the options are.

Hahaha, a 210... a terrible card... that will do just fine for what you are using it for! Your setup as is is probably the best way to do it but i would actually try running your secondary 1440x900 display on the 210 to free some of your 660's Vram for gaming. do you have the 1.5GB, 2GB or 3GB 660?

Well that could be a lot of different things but to me it sounds like an issue with your monitor. it could be a bad scaler chip or something. you tried another GPU just to fully eliminate that possibility?

Well in short, it depends. First off while you stated that you would like to game at ~120FPS (i get it, it looks truly beautiful) you just aren't going to be able to achieve that frame-rate at 4K on games with your system. The 1070 is more of a 1440p card if you want 120FPS but can run games at...
