i went to use my computer and it has one of the computers display settings when i personalized the background with a picture.

how can i fix my computer from changing the desktop background, color scheme, and screen resolution every time i turn on my computer? What is wrong with my computer? I have not done anything to my computer. I am the only user and i have not done anything to my display settings.
