I'd say go with a Crucial or Samsung. Stay away from ssds with sandforce controllers. I am currently running a Samsung 850 Pro 1tb, its nice. I know you said 120GB ssd, but you can get a good 240Gb if you find a good sale. What is the intended use of this SSD? Just as a boot drive?

I had the same problems with performance when I was playing Metro Last Light too. For my fix I forced Steam to patch the game and it was fixed. For some reason the early patches of Metro Last Light just rob performance to the point to where the game isn't playable. Hope this helps.
