During the freeze CPU is on 11% and ram on 55%

I tried to update windows but bluescreen appears, all drivers are also updated, i dont have any idea what to do. Is it possible that I dont have enough space on hard drive (15 GB remaining)?

It's still not working

My ASUS laptop is started randomly freezing. When this happens, only mouse stay active and all other stuff freezes. It didn't happen before and I didn't update or installed any new software or programs. Bluescreen also doesn't appear. Does anybody have a solution?
