[SOLVED] ASUS VivoBook Pro

My ASUS laptop is started randomly freezing. When this happens, only mouse stay active and all other stuff freezes. It didn't happen before and I didn't update or installed any new software or programs. Bluescreen also doesn't appear.
Does anybody have a solution?

I tried to update windows but bluescreen appears, all drivers are also updated, i dont have any idea what to do. Is it possible that I dont have enough space on hard drive (15 GB remaining)?

Look at Task Manager and the performance of the cpu and hdd during a freeze.Anything related going on , like 100% activity ?

During the freeze CPU is on 11% and ram on 55%

Have you reset ? I would reinstall windows after saving personal data to a usb drive. If freezing persists , then sue .

This is the last option i want to do...but I will try if anybody doesnt have better idea
