Ok, well, it was definitely a crappy heatsink install. You will have to remove the heatsink, check if there is film on it, remove that film if it is on.

This isn't really a problem. VRAM is meant to be used, so it is being used in this scenario. 2.5 GBS isn't that much usage, you just have less VRAM than usual on a modern game.

Yeah, my monitor has the same issue. Its a loose pixel row light or whatever its called. You could either just ignore it and get used to it, or whack it a lot to try and restick it. It has no performance hits, so its just a line.
