And even though the r7250x is a generation old is still one of the bast graphic card at the moment (for the money)

What about the 2nd question? Many generations older is 170 $ and one generation older is 70$ ?? I think it should be the opposite.

I borrowed from a friend a TP-LINK TL-WN722N and I have 2 bars from the city's free wlan. So know I would like to buy something that gives me more bars? I am not behind any rockwalls.
