tbh an i5 4690k oc'd should be able to run the game at 60+ on a consistant basis assuming the GPU has enough power. Some maps run with 60-100fps all the time and decent gpu usage, while others are just a lagfest with 40-50fps and stuttering on both DX11 and DX12 with a i5 4690k 4,7ghz and aorus...
