It is solved now. Bought new Mainboard and replaced it. So the MSI B350 only held for under 3 years... Everything is fine now.

Ok now i have updated the post with specs. Cant be a Software error as of multiple Fresh installs of Windows 10 on 2 different drives were tried with same fault. Also PC is not overheated and not much dust in it. Today I took apart my PC. All conectors should be tight.

Phew . so i got it and the cooler is just tiny. Even tinier than my MSI Gaming X cooler before. Its not adequite for the card as it goes high in temperature while going pretty loud. Testing a bit more and then its probably going back to the seller.

Yes i know, but i mean that the sapphire has the more proper pcb cooling for the card and it seems like the other manufacturers didnt seem to really adapt the cooling to the RX 5700 XT. Still dont know if i should return the Mech OC to order the Sapphire. I mean its like 1 week more of waiting. :D

Yeah Msi just don't really cares about Pcb cooling. Seems like Sapphire is the only one who does it for the RX 5700 series. The Sapphire is also available for 440€ now. The Mech OC went down to 425€ I think.
