Right I found the problem . In short its asus . In long I saw n few threads where people with i7 4790k are getting a very high core clock of 1.299 Roughly around 1.300 v al with asus boards .This explains the high temperatures when pushing the cpu to the limits with aida64 . I did a bios...

When the cpu turbos to 4399 the core voltage is 1345 v it always was 1.120

Thanks for the reply . When buying a new cpu cooler it would be liquid . Have a cooler master x6 as well but dont like the idea of covering my motherboard i like the liquid coolers because the board is visible. Ill go for a corsair if a new cooler is needed . This is my rig ...

The tester .. The temp increase was after the cleaning of the radiator with the waterblock still on the cpu itself.
