My 970 is +225 clock and +550 memory and that is perfect for me. You don't want to decrease the longevity of the card, I would not over clock it more.

What are your settings?

This is very good OC and the temps sound about right. You can over clock it more but what it is at right now is pretty good.

550 is not cutting it fine with a 970. His build will probably only use 350-400 watt

You can choose the other CPU but it will not be much cheaper. The Board would be fine and you could save 20-50 dollars by doing this but it but you will need the CPU too. I personally would just go with the 4960k since it would not be much cheaper to go with the 4960, plus over-clocking can...

The 970 build everything will run everything smoothly and the build in general is cheap in your price range.

I would get the 960. The 750ti and 960 will probably both last the same amount of time, but the 960 will be able to run Infinite Crisis with ease and is a better card.

Msaa can really work your computer, especially on a game like GTA 5 with all of the Textures and the open world.

What is your build? I can probably give you an estimate of what you should sell it for or what it will sell for.

The 970 still has the best Performance to price ratio. Don't get the 980 unless you will use 1440p or higher.
