Gta V is lagging on my expensive pc? i am getting like 30-50 fps so bad drop.Spec:Win 8.1 8gigs RAM MSI GTX 970 cpu:i7 3770

Try these settings, I would just run one form of AA tho http://m.imgur.com/a/xUxfc . The 970 will not max it out at 60fps.

Settings are in high and medium and when i start the game its runs smooth but 15 mins latter it starts sluttering....

My settings are even lower than this

Run a OSD with vram usage and see what the usage is when it starts stuttering (Shouldn't be a issue at medium tho). Not to sure what else would cause it with your system, unless you have a lot of stuff running in the backround.

In the task manager memory and usage are going up to 100% what causes that? I think that is the problem.I tried running on low settings still this problem.
