Will my games run as fast and my programs as well all on the same drive based on my storage needs or should I separate them?

Freddy here, thanks in advance for the help. Ryzen 5 2600 running at default speed( I gave up trying to OC, it just wont let me take it up at all) , Asus B450 Pro 4 mobo. RAM is 3600 DDR4. It will let me take it up to 3000, however anything above that and my games crash and other bad things...
