    Will SeaSonic G-Series 650W be sufficient for running Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X OC & Intel 4790?

as the manufacture site does indicate 750watt power supply (minimum) is required. If you choose to ignore basic system requirements the manufacturer sets out; you are running the risk of damaging your components. i would get a 800 watt just to be safe.

"Loading Operating System" error After Power Cut

that is not good indication. the SATA controller on your harddrive maybe damaged or the harddrive maybe failing. if you have a spare blank harddrive (or buy one) try to install the OS onto the new drive and hope you can retrieve the data off the other drive. probably not what you want to see...

    Issue with front panel connectors

your motherboard is using a fairly old standard IDE for connecting peripherals. all the new usb front IO rely on a different USB header on the motherboard. if you google 'front USB motherboard header' it will give you images of what some of the newer headers look like

    PC crashes randomly

there is one more visual check you can do, which is to look for capacitors on the motherboard that seems to be bulging. if that is the case. yes it maybe time to retire this build and get a new one.

    fan making grinding noise

personally i dont think it will be a huge problem until it fully stops spining, but you will eventually have to RMA the GPU for the fan. might as well do it. but i would expect at least 2 week.

    PC crashes randomly

interesting, no event ID. do you have a spare power supply or one you could borrow? my next guess would be something to do with power

    PC crashes randomly

the temps looks fine. i doubt its the bios since it would have shown up almost immediately. try going into Event Viewer and see if you can match up a critical or error that corresponds with the time when the PC shuts itself down. click on the start menu and in the search bar type Event Viewer...

"Loading Operating System" error After Power Cut

i suggest removing all SATA devices and leave only the hdd that contains OS plugged in to see if it boots into the OS. if it works then you can proceed to plug in all other device. hope that helps

how about asus b85m-g mobo for a hp p6005in...its a mid tower case

in your case, i would take out the existing motherboard and measure the distance between the pegs and hope when HP designed the chassis left pegs/mounting holes for the asus mobo you wanted to get.

i would suspect you may need to remove the old thermal paste apply some new thermal past for your cpu. but before doing that go and download program called real temp, the program can find out in real time the temp of your CPU and GPU hope that helps

safe temperatures in celcius on P8Z77-V LX Aand i7- 3770k

do not fret, your cpu temp is just fine. i would only be worried if you are getting temps greater than 80 degree Celsius idle, at that point the pc may shut itself off to prevent burning out the cpu.
