If I could only get schematics for this board. What is the chance that some of the components is knocked out of the board while installing graphics card? So I was told from a guy repairing MoBos, that I probably knocked out some component from MoBo.

I am looking at the stand of damage...it's a lot awkward.

Lol.I bought 4 sound cards because of it,I got mad at myself. Yeah but sound chip and graphics card are totally at different locations on MoBo.

Then how to hell I could damage onboard sound card???I used all neccessary safety measurements before it. I did not install while PC is plugged into socket at all. I discharged myself touching big metal heat radiator. When I installed graphics card, maybe I pushed a bit harder the graphics...

Is it silly to buy another board juct because onboard audio is dead?

I am still thinking about it.It is like trauma to me. And coincidece is that same guy is selling same MoBo for 200 euros. And I am totally insane, thinking about buying same MoBo just becauase onboard audio is dead.

I'd rather then avoid updating the BIOS. What settings should I modify?
