I just wanted to update and say I found the problem. The problem was the 2 tb ssd and whenever I have it in with the boot one my pc craps itself and repeats what it did. If I take it out boom my pc works like new.

I don't have any thermal past as it was pre applied but I'm planning on getting an AIO so I'll check when I get that I don't know if you know anything about this but when I turn on my pc it takes about 10 to send a signal to my mouse and keyboard then my keyboard turned off then back on and...

I have 2 nvme ssd's with a motherboard that has 2 slots. I didn't check for pins but is it possible to have a bent pin and still be able to boot?

I don't really know what you mean by port unless you're talking about the 2.5 inch ssd because i have 2 m.2 where they are in the motherboard
