I just built my very first pc, eveything is working fine except for the cpu cooler whenever I turn on the pc the cpu cooler turns on and start glowing but the fan doesn't spin. Is that normal? Does it start to spin when the cpu gets hot? I haven't checked the bios yet so I dont know if I should...
Im building a new pc and for some reason the case I got is a cooler master masterbox k501L which supports ATX mobos and I got a z390 aorus pro wifi which is an ATX mobo for some reason I don't why the IO shield won't fit.
So I'm building my very first pc, and I picked the rtx 2060 for my gpu I chose asus since alot suggested it for me but I've hit a wall trying to find the difference between the asus rog strix rtx 2060 6gb OC...
Fans are working perfectly fine, around 3000 rpm on balanced mode and 6000rpm which is the max I believe on gaming mode which is high performance. Also I checked the task manager on balanced mode the cpu is on 19% the system is taking 17-17.8% so my I'm guessing dragon center is the issue ?
So, recently my laptop which a MSI leapord pro gp72VR started overheating, so normally what I would is open it up and start cleaning the fans. They're usually clustered with thick dust due to the my desk beint too close to a window and it always works temps go back to normal and it actually did...
Well the thing is I can't reattach the wire to the clip, it just doesn't clip in

So I opened up my msi laptop to clean the fans, while I was removing the screws I accidently removed a wire of a small intel chip underneath the right fan, it has two black wires attached and the left one got removed and I can't figure out how to put it back in. Any solutions...
