Found a solution, having the webcam and everything on my Gaming pc, then Preview it onto elgato/monitor 3 with Obs, and then it will pop up on my Streamlabs obs on the streaming pc. then go live from there.

Wierd question, i just set up my 2 pc streaming setup, gaming pc is has a rtx2080 with i9 9900k, second is a i7-4790k with an 1060 6gb. the question is this, with my rtx i can use nvidia broadcast, to blur or remove my background on my webcam, on my 1060 i cant, is there any way to to send this...

oh okay! ill do those settings, with about 3000/3500 bit and 60 fps then, and check how it looks:) or should i havent higher bit? got a 300/300 line, so im not worried about upload, but im more worried for ppl that watches the stream, not everyone got fiber

Hey again! ive been both streaming and playing games for a long duration today! and to be fair, i havent had an single issue! so i guess that means the issue is solved! thx so mutch for you're help! now ill have an great pc for many years to come!

Installed an Corsair Rm750i today, actually played an full game of cs without crashing, ill do some more playing and ill be back to let u know if i just got lucky or if it actually was the fix :) thx for the help for now!

Going to the shop now. going to check what kind of psu's they got, hopefully a new one will be the solution

i realise im spamming my own forum rn, but i just need to ask, u know those Plastic protection caps that is on the "sli" "ports" on the gpu, i just took it off, i know this might be an stupid question, but at this point i dont have any idea, can that be the issue, that the plastic was leading...
