Thank you my CPU fan is connected. And a follow up question does it matter if the cpu fan isn't fully seated because one of the little lock in place mechanisms are broken on it. I'll try to power my computer up tomorrow it's kinda late and I'm lazy

When I try to turn on my computer nothing happens I've plugged everything in the cables are fully seated I've tested my PSU with a PSU tester.
