Is there any general advice regardin the other questions I asked? So I know what to look for when other manufacturers will release their's and there'll be more variety.

Hey, Im planning to buy myself a pair of GTX 980 Ti's. Should I buy a Hybrid Cooled, or an Air Cooled? Should I be looking for high factory OC's, or look to overclock myself? Are there any other details and extras I should be paying attention to? Thank you ahead of your help. Gabriel
