    VGA or HDMI out not working on my laptop

    Ok the laptop had no hard drive so I installed windows then restarted it with the Ethernet plugged in and left it on all day then restarted it and now it works, just had to have graphics drivers installed

    I have a Toshiba Satellite P845T laptop (Intel HD Graphics 4000) with no lcd screen but I need video. When I connect either the VGA or HDMI neither work on a monitor or tv. I know for a fact it is not the motherboard for it was brand new.

    Will the Precision T5600 work without the fans?

    Will the Precision T5600 work without the CPU fans and the case fans? I would like to know because I have the fans connected using molex on the power supply and it wont turn on. If this is the problem will it work with just the CPU fans connected?
