How do i install the chipset stuff?

This is bullshit why dont i have a network adapters tab i just want internet nothin works

Well im not gonna lie here but there is no Network Adapters tab in device manager

I have a cd drive if i goninto that there is a bin file if i open that there is a driver file and i click that then next it still doesnt work

I dont have a dvd/cd option?

Same thing am i clicking the wrong thing? I get to the browse at the end and i click the cd drive and it does nothing

I dont know how to send a picture with this chat but i can tell you there is no network tab and in other devices there are 3 like yellow error things that say Ethernet Controller, PCI Simple Communications Center and Universal Serial Bus

I dont have any flashdrives to use anything else?

So i recently built a new pc and i have used the motherboard disc to update the drivers for the motherboard and i install windows 7 for the hard drive, so when i put the disc it for the network adapter and do the installation it asks to put in the adapter so it can find it but it cant find it...
