No signal On my computer screen

So i have a asus m5 motherboard and a gtx 960 and it worked great before i messed it up so i opend my pc and took stuff out and back in and now i get no signal when starting my pc and ive made sure the ram is all in good the hdmi is in properley and the cpu, the gpu and everything and still no signal. I can get my pc to start up without my gpu and one ram stick but idk what to do from there or how to get my gpu to work in my pc. Please help

Ive fixed it and heres what i did for anyone else experiensing this problem.

I first took put one ram stick and my gpu and ran a dvi to my motherboard then to my screen and it booted up so i shut off my pc unplugged the powersupply and held the power button for 45 seconds and rebooted it with the gpu and 1 ram stick and it loaded up so i shut off my pc and put the other stick in and vuala
