Yep, fresh new Windows 11 and latest bios update so the board could take the new CPU

My first upgrade was the 7900XT from a strix 2070 and the 1000WATT PSU to go with it. after that i could see the bottleneck from my i5-9600k so i upgraded my CPU to the ryzen 7 5800x3d because i had a AM4 board from a old ryzen CPU i had.

Okay, is the RAM also the reason why im getting FPS spike in games? Bc i might wanna upgrade the ram like you said. Just wanna be sure i upgrade to something that helps with that aswell. :)

Hey im not that great with pcs so bare that in mind. I currenly have a i5-9600k with a 7900xt and I can really see the bottleneck in some games. So will a ryzen 7 5800x fix that problem for me or will it be the same as the 9600k? I play on a 1440p 170hz monitor Sorry for the bad english btw :)
