My refresh rate is 144hz

I dont think its the refresh rate.

I have benqxl2411e monitor and when i start playing video games , the monitor start making a hissing voice.This happens only in game.

Wanted to go in UK but i cant carry all the pc part in hand luggage :P because the airline doesnt allow me to get a extra hand luggage so i cant go to uk

In my country price for pc parts are very very high a gtx 1080ti here cost like 1200 euro.

What about the gpu can you think a better one ? i know it doesnt have any change when it comes to gaming but for cooling i have read thats changes , so what do you recommend me ?
