Community of Tom's Hardware help me especially ppl who live there. I will go soon in Greece to buy some pc part like gpu cpu ram etc. I will carry them in my hand luggage but i am very afraid at the scanning because they will think that gpu or cpu is a bomb and they will confiscate the parts .If someone says why you will carry them on hand luggage, it is about VAT it will cost me way more cheaper.

Solution
Buy them in Greece and send them to yourself through post 😛
Just don't choose ELTA (Greek postal service) , they will be in pieces by the time they arrive.
Do it with a reliable company like DHL or UPS. (Ask how much it costs before)
This was their response: Dear passenger,

In reply to your e-mail dated 11/09/17, regarding the transportation of some PC components, please be informed that they are permitted to be carried on board an aircraft, as long as they will be screened according to the provided procedures applied to electronic - electrical items. And the person who reply this mail was a Security Controller - Investigator. So what do you think should i try ?

That's good but I'd still just buy the items where I lived..
Is it really this much cheaper to get them from Greece? Where do you live?
I live in Greece and things are generally more expensive than say, the US or the UK. Most of the time because we import everything from Germany and other countries.

There are some parts in Greece that are cheaper mainly because they are in stock. It 's like how some gpu's got overpriced following the mining madness, but in Greece you would still find them in reasonable price as they are in stock. To your question, it seems there is no problem to buy the parts but if i were you i would go one step further to avoid potential drawbacks. Ask for a more detailed scanning procedure and post your parts with real examples
