I would go for the AMD in case of your productivity uses, and get the 750 ti 2gb with that extra money. -

The dual-x cards are very good for your price, and offer nice cooling, however compared to say a ASUS direct CU II it's dwarfed. A sapphire Vapour-X or Toxic on the other hand are some of the best AMD coolers you can get. Also they usually come pre overclocked a bit- Gathorisx
