Should i purchase a AMD FX 9590

Hi all, current cpu is a AMD FX 8150 bulldozer AMD hd 7990 gpu . I was thinking of changing to an intel motherboard as my asus crosshair v formula z mobo is now a discontinued AM3+ socket ! , A new intel build is going to be fairly expensive and I am happy with my current system but did not want to put money into a motherboard that is now defunct.so do I purchase the fx 9590 which will give me some gains , or get myself a intel mobo and middle range cpu ? . Thoughts please .

The 8350 would be a more sensible option, however what do you use your pc for?

M pc is purley for gaming .

Well, all the CPUs you discussed are going to do fine with games. Personally I like Intel CPUs better than AMD's current products but unless you are observing a processor bottleneck in your games and are not happy with the results you're getting from your existing system, I don't see a huge reason to upgrade.

Not really it's a higher binned product so it would be better than 8350, but yeah op just get a 8350 no need for a need mobo and CPU

The only difference is that the 9590 can hit a garantied 5GHz stable on turbo.

You would mostlikely be able to hit atleast 4.8GHz with a 8320
