dude GTX 1060 3GB is a great card just increase your budget to 160$. Having similar CPU and i also ordered the same :) AND DONT WORRY ABOUT COMPATIBILITY as long as you have a PCI-e slot. it will work Great!

lookout for the cpu usage. if it is at 90-100% or even 80%, the answer is A 'YES'. Overclocking the cpu with decent cooling solution should solve the problem. you dont wanna overclock on a stock cooler unless you want to fry things up.

Run the Memtestx86 and you will find out the ram status. If it passes, run chkdsk c: /r /f it will fix the errors in c drive in which paging file is present, will take a while depending the size of the drive so relax. Hope it will fix your problem :)

Did you monitor the temperatures?
