Yesssssssssssssssssssss I went from a rollerball to a MS optical to a mx510 to a G7, with noticable improvement each time. The G7 is like buttery plastic wireless sex..... but battery life yields about 4 hours of use, so if you go that route make sure you always have the backup in the charger :)
