Question CPU Cooler - Not stable - PC crashing

Sorry all I can remember now is, it is Intel (not sure dual or quad) with 16G RAM. Trying to fix this after a year and used as a spare, so can't remember. I can find out tomorrow, if needed.

Question CPU Cooler - Not stable - PC crashing

@ John Chesterfield Thank you. Fan is firmly attached to the cooler, no issues there. As you said, it is the latch type attachment that is not tight enough to hold the cooler firm with CPU. Makes sense, old style style retention clip has lost its rigidness so will look to get a new one. By...

Hello, Got a thin client with 8GB MSATA storage, trying to install Sophos XG firewall software but HDD is not recognized. I also need a bigger storage capacity. Have a few old 2.5" HDD, connectors/pins look identical so removed the MSATA HDD and 2.5" drive slots in fine, but due to the size of...

Thanks for the reply vov4ik_il, it all makes sense now. I do have 3 HDD in addition to the main SSD, so may try removing the HDD and see how much difference it makes. But understood that CPU makes a big difference.
