They are all deactivated from default.I researched a little bit more and i saw on a post that some of the cheap motherboards force throttle and the big problem with that is amd cpus,if the mobo sensors read wrong

The vrms are hot but nothing wow like any other that don't have a heatsink on them as for the mb chipset i don't know exactly the temp but from touching somewhere around 50.Other than that i tried put all the fans on full speed and leave the case opened with a big room fan and...cpu0 package...

I know that the vrms on the mb aren't the best but i think they will allow me some mild oc if i dont play with voltages and i startetd thinking that the problem is the temps b/c i see a connection between cpu0 in HWinfo and overdrive basically in full load(stock) cpu0 is 37C and thermal margin...

As the thread suggest my 860k throtthles like mad but only whem oc or if i turn off turbo.Thermal margins on sotck are 35-36 and with oc are 20-25.After what i said up there i have a few questions. 1.First and more impirtantly what are safe thermal margins? because i saw in a reply on a thread...

I saw something that says it will work only if i have another memory of 2gb.It is possible?
