Shouldn't idle temperatures be closer to 30 degrees? Where as these are staying around 40-50 degrees and spiking up to 60. I also don't understand why temperatures can get above 80 degrees while gaming, but as soon as I quit the game the temperature instantly drops to below 50.

I was in the middle of playing a game with a stable 90+ fps. I tabbed out and when I tabbed back in my fps had dropped to below 30. Now, whatever game I play, my fps is below 30 when I normally got 60+.

My mouse cursor consistently changes to a vertical line with black dots every 30mins or so. I can stop this by turning on mouse trails but I don't want to have to resort to this. What could be causing this problem, and if possible how to fix it? I have reinstalled my GPU drivers and Mouse drivers.
