Just a minor correction to the above, the DIMMs are "almost" the same as the "non LP" version, except that the TRFC timing (which you need to set in BIOS) is higher than that of the "non LP version" (the longer ones) dimms. I mixed 2x of the normal sticks with 2x of the LP dimms on my Z87 board...
