I wonder if you somehow messed up your registry...don't understand why the Radeon wouldn't work. You need to head down to Radio Shack (if they're not bankrupted yet) and get a cable/adapter, so you can get on and do a windows repair. Also, have you flashed CMOS?

What is your motherboard, CPU, and GPU model? I had assumed you could see screen using motherboard graphics. Otherwise, sometimes the HDMI port is not active on a GPU by default, so you might try a different port on the GPU.

Did you install drivers for your GPU and motherboard? I don't know how you installed/maintained Windows after the motherboard swap-out, but you may need to uninstall and reinstall some of the drivers.
