I'm planning on building my first gaming pc, but I don't know what CPU to get, except that it's going to be Intel. Overclocking isn't a big deal for me, like it would be a nice addition, but it isn't essential. It MUST, however, be under £170. Thanks for the help. :)

How bad would the i3 bottle neck? Planning on getting a r9 270x.

Ok, so im planning on building my first pc in the near future. Problem is i cannot decide what cpu to buy. Im stuck between 3, the intel i3 4150, or the AMD FX 6300 or 6350. My pc will be used for mostly gaming, but might also be used for school work. Halp!

Right for what im about to say im sorry. Ive just looked back on amazon and realised I went over my budget(oops). Updated specs are a AMD FX6350, EVGA Nvidia gtx 750ti ftw, a Asus M5A97 R2.0 mobo, and pretty much the same everything else. Is this ok for my budget and what psu for this build?

Hi, this will be my first pc and I wanted to see if what ive put together is good. My budget is £650: CPU:AMD FX 8350 GPU:Asus AMD Radeon R9 280 MOBO: Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 RAM: 8Gb of kingston hyper x. And a few other stuff like windows 8, a 2tb hdd. Help is appreciated.
