You can install all types of gpu, both the cheapest or the most expensive. But it is recommended to adjust the gpu with the cpu you have so that there is no wasted performance. GTX 1060 / 1650S or RX 580 / 5500XT will be good IMO.

Try to set your ram into default settings, and if the error still occurs, try another version of amd driver. Hope this will work.

Does the lines still appear even when you unplug the display cord from GPU ? If yes, the screen may be damaged or defects.

Update : I try to change the UEFI and Legacy, not work, so I reset the BIOS in DDR3 systems back to default and somehow it worked.

Could you list the detail of your systems ? And to be noted, i5 9400F need external GPU to display.

Ryzen 5 3600 doesn't have igpu installed, so you need external GPU installed for display.
