Question Purple lines across screen?

When I started my computer today, out of nowhere they came up with about 15 purple lines that run across the screen vertically. The screen and the computer are both only about 2 months old and I can not solve the problem.
I am considering submitting it to the seller, but first I want to see if I can solve the problem myself. Wondering if there are any tips on what I can do to make it go away?

Does the lines still appear even when you unplug the display cord from GPU ? If yes, the screen may be damaged or defects.

Does the lines still appear even when you unplug the display cord from GPU ? If yes, the screen may be damaged or defects.

I've tried switching between Hdmi and DIsplayport on my graphics cards and the lines still appear, i've also tried plugging them into my motherboard instead of my Gpu but i don't hjave intergrated graphics so the screen is only black but i can barely see some lines still appering so the issue is in the monitor and not the pc atleas.

I'm probably gonna leave it to the seller and use my warranty. But do you have any other ideas?
