Ok so like the title says I just upgraded from a corsair RM650 to an EVGA 1000 GQ(B stock) but it flashes/flickers multiple times before actually starting I'm wondering if this is a PSU . Uploaded a video to youtube to show the problem. Any help is appreciated. Pc not booting right youtube

Thank computer does not come with a dedicated graphics card so chances are it using on board video from the motherboard so you would have to replace the motherboard. The computer is very old and finding replacement parts will be rare. You might have to cut your losses and mark it as dead.

I was probably gonna go enthusiast level to begin with, perhaps the 16GB model that might come to fruition. How ever if they over a card with onboard ssd and it only came in a 8GB model I would probably jump all over it!

Problem Solved, bought my first ever aftermarket heat sink, Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo, attached and extra fan to the back to blow heat into my rear exhaust fan and it works like a charm, I doubt I will ever see those temps again :D
