lately i have started streaming but whenever i do my cpu hits 100% usage and then my stream buffers/skips i have no clue why! i stream at 2300 bitrate and 720 30fps i have a i5 7400, 1050ti, 8 gigs of ddr4 and 70 gigs up and 8 down internet.

am i able to stream games like overwatch or rust with an i5-7500 cpu?

Hello I was wondering if this build would work, I will be doing lite gaming and schoolwork and coding I also might learn animation. Any criticism is fine but I'd like to keep the budget at what it is or lower. Also is this MoBo good? PS. Idc about SSD's PCPartPicker part list...

The ASRock z270 killer SLI/AC motherboards dimensions are 12.00x8.8 and I know most ATX MoBos are 12x9.6 so I want to know if this unregulare sized Motherboard would cause and issues (eg. installing it or anything)
